We only spent one night here, but the family made us feel very welcome. They handle everything themselves, and there’s a restaurant right there too. The food was fresh and delicious, with generous portions. Our spacious apartment had a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. It’s an easy walk to the old town. I’d definitely recommend this place in Zadar.

Apartments Matulic are a comfortable, clean place to stay in Zadar, and I’d gladly return. We could walk to both the old town and the beach, yet the apartment still gave us a quiet place to come back to. It was spacious and had what we needed, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly, answering questions and making sure we had everything. The family restaurant on site was a highlight: delicious, authentic Croatian food, good service, and reasonable prices. The accommodation felt affordable, too.

A comfortable bed and free parking made this a great value. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the hostess was friendly and full of useful information. It’s about a pleasant five-minute walk to Zadar Town centre. I’d recommend it.

The host couple were lovely and did a lot to help us. Shops and restaurants are close by, and it’s only a short walk to Zadar’s old town. We did wish there had been somewhere to hang clothes in the bedrooms we used.
