There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and the bus and train stations are close. The place has new facilities and private parking, and the location is perfect. Four stars feels about right ;)

It’s a comfortable, nice apartment, though getting to the city takes a while, at least 30 minutes on foot.

The bus station is close, the beach is a seven-minute walk, and the center is about 25 minutes away on foot. Even so, there are better places to choose from, especially for this price. The attic room felt cramped and uncomfortable, with a very low ceiling. Cleaning was poor too: dead mosquitoes on the wall, toothpaste marks from someone else on the toothbrush holder, mold in the shower grout, and limescale on the shower screen, among other issues. I wouldn't recommend it.

The terrace is lovely, parking is convenient, and the location near the center of Zadar is excellent. The attic apartment, though, is tiny and not furnished well. It gets very hot, although the air conditioning helps. Cleanliness could be much better. The washing machine and fridge are useful.
