Parking took some effort, but we found a space each day. Since it's a pedestrian area in the centre, that's not too surprising, and out of season it cost €2 a day. We stayed seven nights and loved the place. There was a little street noise, though it was quiet at night, and completely silent out of season. The host met us on time and gave us all the information we needed. Rooms were spotless and well equipped, with a great shower and comfy bed. I really recommend staying here if you want to be right in the centre.

Marin and Mario were quick to respond and made communication easy. Thanks especially to Mario for hauling my suitcase up the stairs! The apartment is right in the centre of Zadar, and I loved the thoughtful extras, like the quality coffee machine and coffee, glassware, water, and soundproof windows. I'd absolutely recommend it for a stay in Zadar.

The host was helpful while we booked, communicated quickly, and was flexible about check-in. He also gave us restaurant and activity recommendations. The room was clean and beautiful, and its central old town location made the price feel quite fair. Driving and parking can be tricky at first, but you get the hang of it. Wherever you find a spot around the old town, it's no more than five minutes from the accommodation.

I hesitated between three and four stars because the room itself was so nice: clean, well decorated, and with a pleasant atmosphere. Its location in the middle of Zadar is great too. The entrance and building, though, felt unattractive and very old school communist-style, and apparently all the apartments have ugly entrances now. It also took a while to find the host because communication was scrambled. He showed us the apartment, gave about a minute of basic information, and wasn't very talkative. Considering the price, I settled on three stars.
