Apartments Villa Karma Zadar

The beach nearby was our favorite part, just a one-minute walk away, in a quieter stretch. The owners were friendly and easy to ask for help. A small supermarket is also a minute away, while the bus station is five minutes on foot. The mall takes about 15 minutes to walk to, and the city center around 20. Our room was clean and pleasant, with a TV, air conditioning, and a nice bed. It was a bit firmer than some people may like, though I found it comfortable. Strong Wi-Fi, and the shower worked perfectly with no temperature trouble or bad bathroom smell. We had a great time and would recommend staying here in Zadar for either a short or long visit.

The owner's mother, who lives in the apartment below, was really nice and even helped us when we couldn't find a mixer. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the apartment itself was modern and clean. The inner city of zadar is a little over a 20-minute walk away. We had a great holiday and would definitely come back if we're in Zadar again.

There was no privacy, and the kids weren't allowed to play outside. We were told to go indoors at 8pm. The old woman who owns or lives on the property made fun of my kids' hair and names, called them derogatory names, and seemed racist toward their mother because she's from another Balkan country. The listing said there was a clothes dryer in the kitchen, but there wasn't one in the apartment. They were nice enough to let us use the one in their garage. I paid 30,000 Kuna, about 4,000 USD, and can't get a refund to move elsewhere. Think twice before booking unless you're old and plan to stay inside your room all day.

Friendly hosts, and the luxury family residence was modern and very clean. We'd definitely stay there again.
