Lena was friendly and very helpful, and we enjoyed the beautiful garden. The clean apartment is a five-minute walk from the beach, with regular buses into town centre. We'd stay here again. 😊

The large terrace and air conditioning were useful, and the beds were comfortable. The location is decent, with Zadar city center about ten minutes away and very beautiful. Puntamicka Street has a nice seafront, but it's crowded and next to a road, so we look for other little beaches instead. There's no gas, only an electric stove, and no shower, just a small tub. Italians should know there's no moka pot, so bring your own. We're on the top floor and there are lots of stairs. The front door is damaged and awkward to open and close. In my opinion, the garden and exterior aren't really for guests, they feel too personal to the owners. If you're on holiday and can adapt a bit, it's acceptable for the price they're asking.

A quiet neighborhood about 300 meters from the sea, with pleasant hosting. Beautiful accommodation for a decent price.

I'm here again, and that says a lot about the stay. The hosts are wonderful, and the apartments, location, cleanliness, and equipment are all lovely. It feels warm, like being at home, and is a real rest for body and soul. A perfect ten!
