The host let us check in early without charging extra and was easy to reach on WhatsApp. The location was perfect, and our room had plenty of storage, a good shower, and a nice size. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.

The host was lovely and answered all our questions. The place has everything you need, and it's close to the old city centre and other attractions, which made it easy to enjoy Zadar. The sea is only two minutes away, behind the building. A beautiful place for a vacation here. ❤️😍😍

The owner was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and modern, with air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. The location is fantastic, right by the sea and old town, with lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, including Bruschetta. Our room, though, was very small, with no window facing the water or street, and the WC was extremely tiny. At 175cm, I managed, but someone taller might struggle to sit on the toilet. I can't speak for the other rooms. Breakfast wasn't especially good, so you might want to find another place for it.

Marko was kind and professional, and replied to our questions VERY fast. The best thing is the location: you're right in Old Town, with lovely restaurants nearby, including Primavera!, and the promenade is just a minute away. We swam there in clear, clean water. The rooms are modern, with a fridge stocked with two water bottles, two cokes, and two milk cartons, all free, plus a coffee machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The rooms are in a 120 year old building on the 3rd floor. There's an elevator for the main staircase, though a few steps come before and after it. Self-service check-in was simple, and everything was easy to find. Definitely recommend!

A friendly host and a clean, pleasant room. The location is ideal for exploring Zadar on foot. Just know parking nearby can cost quite a bit if you leave the car for more than a few hours :)
