The rooms are bright, very clean, and look out over the old town. Lady Maria was a wonderful host and even moved us to another room. I don't personally need a balcony, but I do need a quiet room with good sound insulation. The third room faces the back yard, where there are lots of air-conditioners and aspirations from the hotel next door, which may be noisy if you have trouble sleeping. I'd suggest reserving a room with a balcony.

The room had high ceilings, a balcony, and was exceptionally clean. The owner was such a sweet lady and gave us a gift as we were leaving. We had a lovely time in Zadar and would stay here again if we returned.
