Paula made arrival easy. She messaged me on WhatsApp beforehand with the location and parking details and asked when we'd check in. We gave her 20min notice, and she was there to meet us. The apartment is central, yet the streets are quiet at night, and check-in and checkout were straightforward. We paid cash when we arrived. The neighbors were noisy, and we could clearly hear people going up and down the stairs at night, so bring earplugs. The shower wasn't draining during our stay. We were only there one night, so I can't say how they would've handled it over a longer stay.

The apartment entrance is near the Calcedonia shop, visible from the high street, rather than at coffee & cake/kavana centar. It's in a strategic location and has the usual amenities.
