The location was great, just a five-minute walk from the old town and right beside the ferry line. The room was okay, the bathroom was nice, and the host was quite friendly. The rental is three rooms within a larger apartment building, with the host living in another room. But the room and hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the building looked pretty sketchy from outside. Parking is only on the street and can be difficult, so I'd avoid bringing your own car. We were told free parking in front of the building was possible, but that wasn't true. I'd look for a space on a side street and pay at the meter.

Maria was welcoming, lovely and knowledgeable. We only booked one night as a quick stopover and weren't expecting much, but the place was so clean, comfortable and thoughtfully set up that we loved it. Finding the way in through the apartment block is tricky, and the entrance isn't particularly attractive. Still, everything else was brilliant.

The host was suuuper friendly, and the location couldn't be better. We found free parking in front of the apartment without any trouble, though I guess it depends on the time of day. We arrived around 17:30 on a Monday. The room was cozy and very clean, as was the private bathroom, which had recently been renovated. There was AC and the bed was comfortable. Perfect.

The apartment looked brand new and was beautifully decorated, in a great spot for visiting Zadar old town. The sun dial and sea organ are just a stone's throw away. Parking across the road was free, and someone helped us with our luggage. Definitely recommend.

A lovely room that felt like a home away from home, and I loved the shower. The hosts gave us a warm, friendly welcome and were really helpful. It's a great base for sightseeing, and I'd definitely recommend it for a stay in Zadar!
