A lovely place for a holiday. The room was fresh and clean, and the bathroom and toilet were great too.

It was really quiet around here, and the room opened onto a roomy terrace with two chairs and a table, a small drying rack, and an awning for shade. The room itself is very clean but on the small side, with a roomy wardrobe, TV, kettle, and two mugs. There’s also a small fridge just outside the room. The bathroom is small too, though it has what you need, including towels and toilet paper. The air conditioning works. There aren’t many outlets, so I had to pick between the kettle, bedside light, and phone charger. An extension cord could fix that little issue. It’s on the edge of Zadar, about an 8-minute walk from a small beach, with several tasty restaurants just down the street.

The bed is a double sofa bed, but it was comfortable and nice to sleep on. This small studio has everything you need and feels modern and very clean. There’s a walk-in closet, and you can enter separately from outside.

We liked the peace and quiet here, and the price was a plus. It’s in Borik on the outskirts of Zadar, with plenty of restaurants nearby, a shop right next door, and good transport links. The beach takes about a 7-minute walk. The owner was kind and easy to reach. Our clean, well-kept room had air conditioning, a kettle, and a refrigerator. Towels were provided in the bathroom, though we did miss having cutlery. If you don’t need to be in the city center and would rather have a quiet spot, this is a good fit.
