For that price, this dreadful place feels like a rip-off. The room was appalling and had no amenities, not even a water glass. The bathroom was in substandard condition at best. If you're looking for a hotel experience from former Yugoslavia, this is the one.

The staff are so sweet, and the room and bathroom were perfect. You can go straight across the road to reach the sea, which is ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices, and the menu was delicious. I'd absolutely recommend this calm, pleasant hotel, which is neither too far from Zadar nor too close.

We ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel, and the staff made us feel so welcome. The food was amazing. We'll be back next summer when we visit my husband's family again!

The rooms are amazing, and the staff are awesome. We didn't stay long enough, and the promenade outside the villa was being refurbished, but it's sure to be better once the work is done. Definitely a place to return to.

The villa is right across from the beach, in a fantastic spot, and breakfast was good every day. The rooms were clean, though a little dated. Wear rubber swim shoes in the sea to protect your feet from sea urchins.
