Hyatt Regency Zadar

The staff were friendly, capable, and generous, and the hotel seemed to have every little detail covered. We spent one night here during my birthday trip and had a fabulous time. We upgraded to the Regency suite, which was one of the largest and most luxurious hotel experiences I've had. The bathroom was gorgeous, the bedroom and bed were comfortable, and there was a big walk-in closet. The spacious family room had a beautiful view of the water. My jet lag woke me up hours before my husband, but I could close the bedroom doors, shower and get ready, then relax in the family room while he slept. I loved the stay and would highly recommend it. I hope to come back!

The spa area is spacious and looks impressive, and the hotel itself is undeniably beautiful. But organization and staffing let the experience down. My husband and I booked a weekend getaway to relax and use the wellness facilities, and I called ahead to reserve massages because they were one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. I was told the bookings were confirmed. When we arrived for the treatments, the spa staff member told me coldly there was no reservation. She didn't apologize or try to sort it out, just said it wasn't her responsibility and sent me to reception to speak to the manager. I was already in a spa robe, ready for my massage, so that was completely inappropriate. After I insisted, she called the manager, who remembered my booking but said an internal error meant it hadn't gone through. They offered to move the massages to another day, even though we were leaving the next morning. We came for wellness and massages, but left frustrated and disappointed. If relaxing at the spa is your main goal, I'd strongly reconsider.

We really appreciated the comfortable rooms and the quality of the service at Hyatt Regency Zadar. The hotel is beautiful, with modern facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were consistently welcoming, professional, and helpful with all our questions, which made a real difference. We'd happily recommend it and come back! 😊

We spent a few days here with our family and really enjoyed it. The hotel is comfortable and very nice. Alfreds has some of the best coffee we've ever had, and all the restaurant staff gave excellent service. Mikaela from the Palm House deserves a special thanks for her great recommendations and help organizing our trips. She made the stay even more enjoyable. Thanks for a wonderful visit, we'll definitely return in summer.
