K Residence Zadar apartment

The owner was welcoming and quick to help, even sharing useful restaurant tips. K Residence also felt reasonably priced for an apartment with what you need, and it’s close to both the old town and the river. Inside, the modern, comfortable furnishings and decor made a good impression. The layout had a kitchen, dining and living area, a corridor, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Air conditioning was in the rooms except the bathrooms and corridor. Internet was included. Bring your own shower products, though, since the supply provided was nearly gone and not very good. Finding the entrance was a little confusing at first: a large building stood in front of the parking space. I called the owner, who arrived almost right away and guided me into a secure garage. A glass door led into the suite. I left very satisfied with my stay.

The Old City is just a short walk away, and the stay came with secure covered parking and good facilities. Every room had air conditioning. The host was lovely and friendly. I’d happily recommend K Residence for a stay in beautiful Zadar.

Having free private parking was a real bonus. The apartment is modern and lovely, and sits close to the Old Town. Recommended.

The location was great, and the apartment was just right. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
