The location made this place a gem: a lovely park and the Marina are right across from it, and the old town, beach, bus station, and other places we wanted to see were all within a 10-minute walk. Luka made check-in easy and shared great tips for food, bars, and beaches. Our one-room apartment was a little small, as we already knew, but we were happy with it. The room had a tea and coffee maker, a couple of cups, wine glasses, and plenty of toiletries. We'd definitely consider staying here again when we return to Zadar.

We left without washing one small pot that we'd used that morning to heat milk. Afterward, an email said we'd be charged 55 Kuna for supposedly damaging it. I called the host, who said he'd tried everything to clean it and it was still damaged. How could cooking milk do that to a pot? Ridiculous host.

The balcony had a perfect view, and the apartment itself was modern and very nice. It felt as spacious as a hotel room. Recommended!

The apartment and its location were good, but the host was not very responsive.
