The room was cool and shaded, with modern, practical furnishings. It’s very central, and having water and an instant drink heater, plus a small fridge, was useful. The agency sends an automatic key code through WhatsApp, which worked really well. The only thing missing for me was USB ports.

There were bugs in the bed, and nobody came when I paid for cleaning. After I reported the bugs, they sent a woman to vacuum and change the sheets. The service was terrible, the hygiene poor, and the price just isn’t worth it. Shameful. I’d give less than one star if I could.

A lovely little balcony looks onto the garden, and the apartment is right in the center of Zadar’s old town. It was clean and very practical. Highly recommend!
