The price for one night was great in the off season, and the location was perfectly central. Sheets and towels were clean, and the staff were friendly. There were plenty of problems too: the blinds were broken, so there was no privacy; big patches of mold covered the walls in the corners; and hot water lasted for only one shower. There was chewing gum stuck inside the lamp, and the blinds were dusty and dirty, something other guests had already mentioned in their reviews.

The location was the one real plus of our stay in Zadar. The room had no wardrobe or even hangers, and its furniture was old and worn, making the place feel neglected. Over all four nights, nobody cleaned the room or changed the towels. For the price, I expected much better. It feels seriously overpriced, and I’d like to see the owners invest in improving the conditions. I can’t recommend it.

We had to check ourselves in, and the room felt below average. It’s in the old town, but it was dusty and unclean. I’d say it’s only suitable for a one-night stay. That’s just my experience and opinion.

The only problem was the hot water, which ran out after about eight minutes.

Communication went smoothly, and the room was clean and really nice, in a good spot. The only snag was the key: the door was a little hard to open and close, so it could use an upgrade.
