That balcony was a highlight. We spent ages there watching people go by and hearing music from the bar across the street. Shut the balcony door and you couldn't hear it at night. The room and bathroom were small, but clean, comfortable, and had what we needed. Hrvach was polite and helpful from booking through checkout. He showed us how things worked, shared local sights and restaurant tips, and let us know we could check in early since our flight landed at noon. The old city spot was lovely, with the sea a short walk away. We were there for three nights and would happily stay at Old City Rooms again when we're back in Zadar. 😍😊😊

The owner was really nice and gave us useful tips for day trips. Our room was clean, with three beds and a small bathroom, and its central old town location worked well. Pubs nearby can make evenings a little noisy, though it didn't bother me much personally.

I had a small balcony overlooking one of downtown Zadar's lively little streets, and the room itself was comfortable and clean. The landlord was friendly and completely reliable. Old city rooms is right in the center and easy to get to by bus, taxi, or Uber. I'd definitely stay there again if I return to Zadar, which is quite possible.

Everything we needed was within walking distance, since Old City Rooms is right in the middle of the old town. We had a great stay. The owner also runs an art shop downstairs and is often there. He's friendly, helpful, and happy to suggest things to see and do in Zadar and nearby.
