We took a four-day midweek break here. The owner, Zoran, and his wife were warm and helpful, sharing information about the hotel and nearby area. It made a good base for exploring town, with the coast about a 10-minute walk away. The room was simple but bright, and there was off-road parking. Breakfast was available for a reasonable price. Good value all around.

It's a quiet neighborhood, close to one of the beaches, though a little way from the old town. That was fine for us on holiday, and a Bolt from the center costs around 5 euros. The owners are so welcoming that you really feel at home, and the lovely cat is a bonus. Breakfast is available, a nice homemade continental meal that's decent enough to get your day started. The rooms are a bit small, which is why I took off a star, but ours was very clean, had all the amenities, and even had a balcony.

The center of Zadar is beautiful, intriguing, and full of history. It's roughly a 20 to 30 minute walk from here, depending on your pace. My partner and I only stayed a few days, which was a shame. From the minute we arrived, the man at reception made us feel welcome. He was charming, friendly, attentive, answered our questions, and speaks five languages, haha. Breakfast felt very family-style, and we felt warmly looked after. If we return to Zadar, we'd stay here again without hesitation. I highly recommend it. To the receptionist, if you read this, thanks for being so kind :)

Really clean rooms and a cheerful, budget-friendly stay. It's about a 25-minute walk to the old town, though you can take a bus if you need one. Zoran, the owner, was very helpful and looked after us throughout. I'd recommend it if you're watching your budget.

The owner was so kind and accommodating, which made our stay even nicer. The apartment was spotless, and I especially appreciated the good bathroom. I'd happily recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, clean place.
