The location is really central in Zadar, but the bedding was appalling: they had put a single bedsheet on a double bed. They also didn't offer luggage storage.

We left after just one night and found somewhere better. We had booked three nights with breakfast included, but were told after arriving that breakfast wouldn't be provided, and they were bargaining over the booking fees. The tiny room was on the third floor with no elevator, so we had to haul our luggage up. The bathroom smelled funky, and the owner was very rude. Terrible place, don't stay here.

The location is spot on, right in the centre. Everything, including the beach, is within a 15-minute walk. Really great place.

The room smelled of smoke. We had to call to get the hot water turned on, and it was hard to get hold of the staff.
