Pyrotima Apartments

The owner was very polite and easy to communicate with. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, with a kitchen and all the utensils, plus a comfortable bed and clean room. The location is great. One drawback is that the entrance is completely dark in the evening, so we needed a flashlight; they should add bulbs in the entrance and stairwell. There's also no elevator for wheelchair access.

Ante was a great host, quick to reply and really helpful. He sent us video directions in advance for finding and entering the apartment, and arranged our airport shuttle. We hope to stay here again when we return to Zadar. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected, with two good-sized bedrooms, a pleasant lounge for relaxing or eating, a nice bathroom with a good shower, and a small kitchen that was still plenty big enough for light cooking. We didn't need to cook much since Zadar has so many good cafes and bakeries. Everything was really clean, and the soundproofing helped because the area can be noisy at night. The air conditioning worked well, which you definitely need in summer. It's right in the heart of the old town, with loads of cafes, bars, and tourist spots just steps away. Even the far end, where the Sea Organ is, is only a 10-12 minute walk.

The apartment was clean and cosy, with comfortable beds and a bathroom stocked with shower gel and shampoo. The host was accommodating and let us check in early at no extra charge. Its central spot made it easy to walk to everything. At night, though, it got very noisy on the weekend from a nearby nightclub, and the church bell rang early in the morning. The air conditioning struggled even at full power, the duvet was only a sheet, and the entrance had no lights, so we needed a phone flashlight to see.

We found it easily thanks to Ante's video and clear instructions, and he was quick to reply. The apartment felt secure on a quiet alley in the middle of Zadar's old town. It was spotless, cosy, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette, microwave, and induction cooktop. There's a laundromat just steps away. Great base for a few days in town!
