After leaving another place because it wasn't clean, we booked here late in the evening. Petar and his wife welcomed us close to midnight and were so warm and helpful, they really rescued our stay. They were always available if we needed anything. The apartment itself was new, spotless, and furnished with everything we needed. Wonderful people. Thank you so much, Sanja, Antonio, Marko, and Lara.

Pietro deserves a special mention, he's attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind. The apartments are roomy, bright, clean, and set up with everything, including a washing machine and drying rack. We had four comfortable nights. Getting to the city center by car was convenient, and there are supermarkets and breakfast options nearby. Parking is included.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartments were neat and very clean, and Zadar's center is about a 35-minute walk away. If you'd rather not walk, Uber or Bolt rides are very affordable.

It's outside the city in a peaceful area, near two beaches that weren't crowded, with restaurants close by. We liked Pizzeria Congo and Restaurant Niko, and also went twice to Manestra near the port of Zadar, where everything we ate was delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean and had all sorts of appliances, including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher. The hosts were super friendly and answered all our questions. We'd happily stay again.

A roomy, comfortable apartment with a sensible layout and modern decor. It has what you need whether you're in Zadar for a short visit or a longer stay. The host was very friendly and ready to help. I can wholeheartedly recommend it!
