We could hear quite a bit of what the neighbours were doing, which was probably the only downside. But we were mainly there to sleep, so it was totally fine. The owner was quick, friendly, and reliable on WhatsApp. The rooms were very clean for the price, around €20 per person per night. There's a beach, supermarket, bakery, and a nearby stop for bus 8, which goes toward the city center. We were there in early May, so the beach wasn't really an option for us. The bus ride into town takes about 15-20 minutes. Totally recommend.

We stayed from August 20th to 27th, and the owners really made the difference. They were such kind, helpful people, true GENTLEMEN. The apartment is well located, with beaches within walking distance. We rode a scooter for 10-12 minutes to reach the city center. Our room had a sea view and every comfort, and it was clean; the shared kitchen was kept tidy too. Even before we arrived, the owner was available with information on WhatsApp, so I felt hopeful, and the stay lived up to that. If we come back to Zadar, we'll know where to stay. There's a large supermarket and a good beach nearby, and the balcony has a beautiful view. The owners are really kind. Everything was great, I'd recommend it.

It's a peaceful spot where you can see the sea just a few steps away, which is great for relaxing. The city center is far, but bus 8 connects it from the bus station, where you can also get airport connections. The room has everything you need and is excellent value for money. The only downside is all the roadwork and construction going on around here these days. Highly recommend!
