Riva Palace - design rooms

Riva Palace was the most comfortable hotel of our vacation. The room had proper pillows, heavy cooling blankets, and very powerful AC. There was also a small water heater just for the room, plus a bathroom towel warmer that worked as a drying rack. The staff seemed to be a small family, and they were welcoming and understanding. You can walk straight into the nightlife, and beaches, the sea organ, and parts of the old architecture are close by. If you're staying in Zadar, I can't recommend anywhere else.

We had a surprisingly lovely stay. The rooms are in a very old historic building that brought Paris to mind, but inside they're beautifully renovated and decorated, almost like stepping into another world. The host communicated really well, and a friendly, helpful person showed us to our room and explained everything. Thanks again for the help, and for having us. All the best, we'd definitely recommend it.

The historic building has high ceilings, chandeliers, exposed brick and lovely pearl-painted details. From the apartment you can see rooftops and mountains in the distance, and it's right by the water and town centre. The entrance is secure, and there's a lift. The owner communicated well. The restaurant meant to provide breakfast seemed to be closed, but the owner refunded us. I loved the mattress and, for me, the pillow was the best of the trip. My partner didn't care for the pillows, though. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee machine and capsules.

The owner was lovely and happy to answer our questions. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had good facilities. They're in the Old Town, close to the waterfront and within easy reach of restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
