We only stayed one night and immediately wished we could've stayed longer. The setup was great and really enjoyable, with incredible views. One thing to know: the upstairs AC didn't cool as well as the downstairs one, so get it running early if anyone will be sleeping upstairs.

The hot tub was lovely and clean, with a view over Zadar, and the bed was comfortable. I felt safe there too, with sturdy locks on the doors and shutters.

The penthouse is priced for its city location and lovely view. It's nicely decorated, though not especially modern for the price. I found the lack of sound insulation a drawback, especially if renting it for a small celebration or party. There are too few sockets, and they're in awkward spots. It does have private parking, but the space is so narrow that a passenger has to get out before the car can go in. All told, it's overpriced for what's offered.
