Ana and the owners were so kind and helpful, and our group had a truly unique holiday at this awesome villa. There was a great range of equipment, plenty for the little kids to play with, and people aged 33-74 all had a lot of fun. The pool was amazing and big enough to swim in, and the view from the villa was great too.

We had a fantastic stay in this villa in Zadar. It was quiet but still close to the city, which worked well for our group. The spacious house was clean and beautifully kept, and the pool was a highlight. We spent hours playing basketball, soccer, and table tennis in the backyard. Great for families or groups of friends, and highly recommended!

The outdoor space was a big part of what made this stay so enjoyable, with a great pool and basketball and ping pong to keep everyone busy. The villa itself was modern, spacious, spotless, and even nicer than it looked in the pictures. Zadar was just a short drive away. We loved our time here, and it would suit a big group of friends or a family holiday.

We could get into Zadar easily since the villa is so close, and there was plenty to keep our group busy at the house. We played basketball and soccer on the property, then relaxed by the pool. The place itself is beautiful and roomy, great for a family holiday or a trip with friends.

We especially enjoyed the pool, and the soccer and table tennis gave us even more to do. The villa felt quiet while still being close enough to get into the city easily. It was clean, spacious, and had a really nice atmosphere, suitable for a family or friends. 10/10!
