We spent three days here and found the room clean and really nice, with a comfortable bed and air-conditioning that worked well. Having breakfast on the balcony with a sea view was lovely. Shops, restaurants and the beach are close by, and Zadar's city center is just a short drive away. The owners were kind, though we hardly saw them because we were busy exploring.

The beach is right across from the villa, and there's a supermarket next door. The area is very quiet, with a bus stop across the street. We had some communication trouble on the first day and got our room quite late, though it was ready by the time we arrived. Only two people there speak English. Apart from that, everyone was super friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this place :)

We've stayed at the villa several times and keep coming back. Ana is a lovely host, and both the location and cleanliness are hard to fault. Thanks for everything.
