Jasmina was so helpful before and during our holiday. She arranged a taxi ahead of time so we could arrive at 1 am, and when my suitcase lock broke, someone came to help open it. She also shared lots of restaurant recommendations and was always reachable by text. Thank you! I had room No.1 with a pool view. The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were spotless and disinfected, and the bed was very comfortable. There’s everything you need to cook, including a coffee machine, coffee, salt, vinaigrette, and oil. The pool is amazing. The beach is a one-minute walk away, and jetskis and boats are four minutes away. Tommy Market, a bakery, and cafés are about four minutes away. The old town is 25 minutes away on foot, or two minutes away by taxi for 1,60€. Come stay at Villa Topesa 1 for a magical visit.

We came as a group of 15 and booked four rooms. They were clean and modern, and the service was excellent. Jasmine was available before we arrived and all through the stay, helping with everything we needed. Even though we got in late at night, she was there to welcome us and make sure we were settled. The location is excellent, close to the beach and a main street lined with restaurants. I highly recommend villa Topesa Zadar.

We booked four apartments and were very happy with them. The location is convenient for the beach and restaurants, and Jasmine helped with every request, always with a smile. Excellent villas and a wonderful host. Thanks for a great time!

We had a fantastic week at Villa Topesa and couldn’t be happier. The apartment was clean and very nice, close to the sea. It’s only 1,5 minutes to the nearest beach or the bus stop for the centre. The guest pool and sunbeds are a big plus, and the hosts are lovely and helpful. A perfect family stay.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful, with great recommendations and everything running smoothly. Villa Topesa is conveniently close to the beach, and I really liked having a clean, inviting pool to use. The rooms were a high standard and had air conditioning, which kept them comfortable in the heat. I’ve just finished my stay in Zadar and had a fantastic time. I highly recommend it.
