You’re only minutes from the Sea Organ and the heart of the old town, which makes this a perfect place to stay while visiting Zadar. The beds were super comfortable, and there was a spacious bathroom, a desk and fridge area, and casual seating. It also had air conditioning, plus a fully equipped kitchen in the communal hallway.

The room was amazing and the location was nice. We asked for some pots since there weren’t any in the kitchen, and they brought them over really quickly. The toilet water wouldn’t stop running, but a technician came promptly and fixed it. The kitchen stove also didn’t work, so we couldn’t cook the food we’d bought.

The host was welcoming and let us check in early, and there’s a shared kitchen if you want to prepare food. The room itself was lovely, quiet and spacious, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, blackout windows and storage. It had what we needed too, including coffee, a hair dryer and a nice bathroom. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, though parking nearby is difficult. There was a bathtub in the middle of our room, so I thought I’d treat myself to a bath, but it took so long to fill even a third of the way that it wasn’t worth it. Everything else was just perfect. Highly recommend!

The room was very quiet apart from some noise from guests passing by at night or early morning. We were in room 3 near the front door, and there was also a large lump under the flooring near the bathroom entrance. Otherwise, we were happy with the stay and would come back. It’s in a quieter part of the old town, with good value for the price. The air conditioning came in handy in the hot weather. Electric shutters and heavy lined curtains made the room dark even in the middle of the day, which was useful for a break. We had a coffee maker, kettle, ironing board and iron, safe, fridge, blanket, and duvet for when the air conditioning was on. Check-in was fine. They let us in and handed over the keys. Their English was limited, but all the information we needed was in the app and rental guide.
