Having our own garage was a big plus, especially since parking around the area is paid. The owner was friendly and glad to help whenever we needed something. The place was cozy and had what we needed to feel at home, and the city center was only about a 10-minute walk away. Thanks for being so welcoming!

There’s private parking, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to the city center. A very good place.

There’s a supermarket within walking distance, and we walked to the city in 25 minutes. We didn’t use the tram. The basement garage in the neighboring building, No. 34, is absolutely great. The apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator, but it was manageable. It had everything we needed, including coffee for the capsule machine and dishwasher tablets. The air conditioning in the living room was a big plus.

Good value for the price, and being close to the city center with covered parking is a real advantage. The downside is having no elevator to reach the fifth floor.
