Apartmani Stonewood

The apartment itself was nice, but the bathroom is separate. The heating was often switched off, so I had to call the owner to get it turned on.

We found the place very clean, and communication with the owner was exemplary. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with a very good location and an affordable price.

The bed was really comfortable, and the place was quiet and clean. It had all the basics, from soap and towels to tea and coffee, and I liked the lovingly handmade furniture and attention to detail. I wish the owner had been more present with guests. There was very little hospitality, and a clearly visible welcome sheet with useful information would help guests avoid having to search for it.

It was tidy and clean, and getting to shops, a currency exchange, and public transport into the old town was easy. The area felt mediocre, though reasonably quiet. The courtyard view was unpleasant, with sheds in disarray, broken roofs, and clutter. The kitchen had very little cutlery and few plates, and no coffee pot or way to filter coffee. The bathroom and shower cubicle were extremely cramped, the shower screen and faucet were broken, and storage was very limited.
