I gave one star only so I could post this comment. My experience with the hotel manager, Diana, was very bad and unprofessional. I had a non-refundable reservation, but when I couldn't travel to Zagreb, I asked to cancel and get my money back. Diana refused and offered only 20%. She said she was the manager and didn't have the authority to refund the full amount. When I asked who at the hotel did have full authority so I could speak with them, she accused me of being impolite and lowered the offer from 20%.

The service was excellent during my three-day stay at this beautiful place. When I’m back in Zagreb, I’ll want to stay here again.

The apartment is laid out neatly, and there’s a garage. Shops, a bakery, a cafe, and a stationery shop are nearby.
