My advice is to stay away. We travel often, and this was the worst experience we've had with an owner. We followed everything the owner asked, including messaging two hours before arrival, but he never replied to our several messages or calls. Eventually he answered rudely, and after a very aggressive conversation with us, he cancelled the reservation. Every other hotel in the city was full.
