Apartment Lana

Ants got into all our belongings, and there was a lot of noise from the other rooms. While we were staying there, the owner had the apartment painted, so the fumes made the living room unusable. We left before the stay was over and asked for a refund. Their reply didn’t make sense and blamed us for checking in an hour early, although we hadn’t. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The location was okay, but we couldn’t sleep because sound carries from everywhere in the apartment. There were also loose lights and wires in a few spots. The Wi-Fi stopped working and never came back. Work was being done without warning, and paint fumes in the kitchen and living spaces made several people dizzy. Then we came back after a day out to find ants all over the floor and in our bags. We tried to get our money back, but the owner ignored our calls for hours. She replied to the booking site within 15 minutes, making claims about offers she’d supposedly made that weren’t true. We hadn’t spoken to her at all. Bad experience.

There’s no TV in the rooms, and they’re not luxurious, but they’re pleasant and sweetly decorated, so it feels a bit like home. This is a spacious apartment with several rooms and a shared kitchen and bathroom for five or six rooms. The whole place smells lovely because the bed linen is washed and dried in the kitchen, where the washing machine is. It was clean and pleasant.

The stairs are a lot, about six flights, so this place won’t work for anyone who can’t walk up them. Otherwise, the self check-in through lockboxes downstairs was handy, and the shared kitchen has a fridge and a cooker. The apartment was decently clean, and for a very good price we got a really big room. Good value overall.
