Apartment Zagreb Schone

We had excellent communication with the host, who sent clear, detailed instructions for checking in on our own. The kitchen was especially well stocked, with pots in all sizes, and the apartment was comfortable and just like the photos, with everything needed for a great stay. It’s a little way from the center, but still walkable. Parking is on the street; finding a spot depends on the time of day, though there are always some available. We recommend it!

The owner suggested we take another apartment for more comfort. It was on the ground floor and smelled unpleasant. It was very dirty and dusty, the bedding hadn’t been changed, and the sofa bed was uneven and uncomfortable. We’d booked two nights but left after the first. The owner didn’t suggest another apartment or any other solution, let alone offer a refund.

The neighborhood is quiet, and the center is close by. The accommodation was neat and clean, and the location was excellent. The owner was very kind, helpful, and always available. Highly recommended!

The apartment had recently been renovated and was comfortable for up to four people. All praise to the owner.
