Apartments Downtown

A small convenience store beside the apartment sells pretty much what a budget traveler might need, including bakery items, sweets, biscuits, and drinks. There’s another bakery and a Chinese restaurant down the road. The main city square and market are a 10-minute walk away, and the main train station is about 15 minutes on foot in the other direction. Trams pass by the building. Our three-bedroom apartment had attached bathrooms, hot showers, a hair dryer, electric stove, kettle, and kitchen utensils. It’s a private, single-unit apartment, with other units in the block sharing the common stairs across its different levels. Those units looked as if they’d moved out or stopped operating. The apartment itself is a nice, private option for a family or group of friends. It’s in an old building on a main street and was quiet, apart from vehicles passing in the middle of the night.

The kitchen was a real help when we wanted to save on food, since Zagreb can be a bit expensive as the capital. Everything was impeccable, and the host was helpful. Absolutely perfect!

Our host was so accommodating that the polite staff let us delay checkout so we could sleep a few extra hours. We accidentally broke a window, actually because of the wind, and the host only asked, “Was it cold for you to sleep?” Great apartments for a pretty low price. Best place I’ve stayed in Zagreb so far, come see for yourself!

The hostess was very polite and helpful, and the apartment was clean and really close to the center. At first we had a bit of trouble finding it because of the rings and bells, but she guided us and helped us get there. Glad we chose these apartments!
