The bed was incredibly comfortable, the temperature inside was just right, and the electric blinds kept the morning sun from waking us. We could walk to the center in ten minutes, and the tram was nearby too. Marijana had coffee and a coffee pot ready in keeping with our culture, and chilled champagne for New Year's. She welcomed us warmly despite our late arrival, which was our fault, and shared useful tips about local places and amenities after Booking.com confirmed the property. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrobes in the bathroom smelled lovely, and the wifi was quite fast. Of the roughly 30 Booking.com properties we've stayed in, Marijana was the most thoughtful and friendly host. We'd like to thank her.

At Primorska 22, we stayed in both apartments, and both were comfortable, cozy, tidy, and very clean. Everything needed for a stay was there, including all the appliances. It was peaceful and quiet, with birdsong from the yard, yet the city and market were close. The owner helped us arrange transfers, found the most affordable transportation options, and gave us all the information we needed. We can't rate her professionalism and good intentions highly enough. We'll stay at Primorska 22 when we come to ZG again. Thank you very much! It's the best way to get a great impression of Zagreb.

Marijana is a wonderful owner and was always there if we needed anything. The apartment was spotless and tidy, in an excellent location, with a fully equipped kitchen and all the utensils. Highly recommend!

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment was hotel-level clean, with snow-white sheets, bedding, and towels. It’s a beautiful, fully equipped studio with new, modern furniture. Ban Jelačić Square is a ten-minute walk away, and the owner was available around the clock and always willing to help. All praise.
