Finding the apartment was easy when we followed the instructions carefully. It was cozy and clean, with everything we needed, from kitchen equipment to a toothbrush. Our dog was welcome too. I totally recommend it.

I was very disappointed with my stay. We had no hot water, and the toilet wouldn’t flush, but the owner didn’t seem to care when things went wrong. There were also some unusual ladies among the neighbors, with frequent short-stay visitors. It was noisy and didn’t feel suitable for kids.

The place is overpriced, and the owner doesn’t answer messages. I found my jewelry missing from the shelf after the cleaners had been there, and I believe they stole it. The female owner came across as arrogant and careless.

I wouldn’t recommend this messy place for families with kids. The owner was very rude and didn’t even answer messages. The cleaning staff are foreigners who are underpaid, so you can’t expect good service here.

We ran out of hot water after the second person had showered for just five minutes. It was 13 degrees Celsius outside, so the water felt freezing. The hotel hadn’t warned us about the hot water issue. I’ve also posted these same comments on Agoda. Don’t rent this place if more than one person needs to shower continuously. Honestly, I’d pay 10 times more for a hotel with a better shower. I only stayed here because my friend wanted an apartment instead of a hotel. Also, the cleaners couldn’t speak basic English.
