The rooms have balconies and cold AC 🥶 😁, and everything was clean and tidy. It’s a nice hotel, within a 10-minute walk of the city centre, with a delicious breakfast. Service is friendly when housekeeping is there in the morning, and staff are always reachable by phone. Thank you for the pleasant stay 😊

We could get to the city’s main sights in a few hours because the accommodation is close to the centre. The room was nice, with a comfy bed, enough space, a balcony and a clean bathroom. Breakfast included bread, croissant, several kinds of cheese and ham, and the lady made delicious scrambled eggs for us.

The continental breakfast was fantastic, and communications by WhatsApp and email were handled really well. This bright, clean place in central Zagreb felt just as good as a much pricier hotel, and it had been newly done. I’d definitely stay again.

The bed was very comfortable, the facilities were good, and the Wi-Fi worked well. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Rooms were clean, the reception was modern, and the view was medium great. Breakfast was great too, and the staff were lovely and friendly. Since we don’t eat pork, she brought us chicken and turkey.

I’ve travelled to over 40 countries in the past 20 years, and this was my worst experience ever. The stress and hassle aren’t worth staying here. There was no one at the accommodation, and management never greeted us at check-in or check-out. After we left, I was shocked to get threatening messages from the B&B, saying they’d report me to the police for not paying. I’d paid through Booking.com when I made the reservation. They had been absent and forgotten to collect our personal details and city tax, so getting threats over that was outrageous. The management, organisation and communication between Booking.com and the accommodation owner were all bad.
