Bed and Breakfast Sky

You might find the old building’s entrance dirty and a little intimidating at first, but inside the hotel the owners’ attention to detail really shows. Everything was spotless and organized, with no odors. They also had complimentary coffee and biscuits available all day, and breakfast was excellent. Music from the surrounding area could be heard late into the night, though, so the soundproofing could be better.

The room looked right onto the main square, and the soundproof windows kept it peaceful inside despite the B&B’s central location. Parking is a short walk away, which can be awkward with luggage, but everything else more than made up for that. Check-in was simple and flexible, the room was spotless, and the service was perfect throughout. It felt warm, clean, and welcoming. We had an ideal stay and highly recommend it.

We struggled to find B&B Sky because we didn’t get any written information after our booking was confirmed. Once we reached them by phone, though, we found the place. It’s in an ideal spot by Ban Jelacic Square, and our room looked out over the square. The rooms are very clean, cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bedding each day. Breakfast was varied and very good. We’ll definitely book again when we return to Zagreb.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with private bathrooms and great water pressure. Breakfast staff were friendly, and the coffee was good. It’s an easy walk to Upper Town, shops, and restaurants. At first, finding the entrance and checking in was difficult. Clearer instructions when booking about how to contact them and get into the property would help. The parking was also hard to locate, and payment wasn’t clear until an attendant helped us. Since the parking setup is new, hopefully they’ll smooth out those issues for guests.
