Vanessa deserves a special thank you. From arrival to departure, the staff made me feel looked after like family, and the English they spoke was very good. I wanted to get a real feel for Zagreb, and staying here made me feel like the focus was on me and the service was top level. The hotel is small, with modern design, fresh-smelling clean rooms, a nice bathroom, and good air conditioning and ventilation. The beds were big and comfortable, with quality pillows, and there was a minibar with drinks. It’s in a quiet part of the upper old city, near restaurants and sights, and there’s a big elevator. I had an unforgettable stay and highly recommend it.

The room was charming and tastefully decorated, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We spent Easter in Zagreb for the first time and loved the Old Town location, with the main sights only a 5-10 minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious and varied, not the usual international spread, and the terrace had a beautiful view over the Old Town. We’d happily return :)

There’s a lovely, peaceful atmosphere and a great view of the city centre. The brunch was excellent, with everything thoughtfully prepared and plenty of choice. I’d recommend it!

We loved staying here and didn’t want to leave. Our top-floor room had a loft and was roomy but still cozy, with a clever layout and everything we needed. The balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning, and waking up beside the skylight was wonderful. Breakfast was good, with fruit, pastries, juice, eggs made to order, and other sweet and savory choices. The staff were friendly, too. The place is gorgeous, stylish, and tucked away somewhere quiet, away from the city noise. It’s a hidden gem, and its decor has inspired ideas for my own home. We’d love to come back next time we’re in Zagreb!

We had a spotless, comfortable room and spent three wonderful days at this beautiful property. It’s easy to explore Zagreb on foot from here, and the public transport stops are close too. The breakfast buffet was delicious, lovely to look at, and generous. The staff made the stay especially memorable, including Lavinia, Leda, Vanessa, and the others. Thank you.
