It’s a small apartment, but the location is great, and it was quiet despite being on a busy street. We got in at 11, even though the usual check-in time is 15. The kitchen and bathroom are tiny but do the job, and the refrigerator is very small too. There’s a “Downtown luxury apartment” sign on the street, but not on the doorbell. Press “Pracic” instead. If the building door is already open, you can just head up to the second floor. The air conditioner works, though it isn’t the quietest.

The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. It’s on the small side, but for that price it’s a great deal, especially with such a good location.

For one or two people staying a short time, this cozy, very clean apartment works well. There’s a mini kitchen with everything you need, and the price feels excellent for what you get.

The building’s staircase has cracks from the earthquake, and it made the whole building uncomfortable to stay in. Inside the apartment, the room carpet was dirty, the toilet was cramped, and there wasn’t enough space. The air conditioner is old and hummed all night. This place really doesn’t live up to the “luxury” name, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
