Getting there by bus or train was easy, and there's a tram stop almost right outside. It's a great base for exploring Zagreb, with a well-organized room and thoughtful attention to detail. Communication was friendly and really good.

The road noise made it almost impossible to sleep. The apartment is only a few meters from a very busy road, and every car, motorcycle, and truck could be heard inside, constantly, as if the bed were right beside traffic. The bathroom was also a disaster. The toilet had limescale and stains, smelled unpleasant, and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in months. I've seen cleaner toilets at gas stations. There was no sleep and no hygiene.

Everything felt new, and the apartment was comfortable, spacious, and very tidy. It's a self-check-in apartment hotel. Recommended.

The garage was a big plus, and I usually prefer contactless check-in and check-out, so that worked well for me. The process was smooth, with detailed instructions sent in advance. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. We had a very pleasant stay.

The self check-in was flawless, and the hospitality was great. I felt really comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay enough that I'll definitely come back. The setup was beautiful, the location perfect, and everything was really clean. Comfortable beds, a modern and nice toilet, and AC too. I couldn't find a fault. :)
