I stopped in for coffee, and the girl at the bar was very rude. I don't think she meant to be, but her communication was astonishingly poor. As a foreigner, I wouldn't try this place. Maybe locals get decent service, or any service at all.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were thoughtful and very helpful. Great service!

We were in Zagreb for one night to see a concert at Arena Zagreb, and this was the most affordable place close to the venue. Arena Zagreb and Arena Centar are about a ten-minute walk away, handy if you're going to a concert or movie. The room was cosy, bright, and 99% clean, and the heating worked perfectly. Wi-Fi connected as soon as I entered the password. The bus stop is just across the street, but it's busy, so walk about 20 metres to cross safely. One drawback: there aren't outlets beside the bed. There's one behind it, but you'd have to move the bed to use it.

A decent spot for groups to have coffee and drinks. Most customers seem to come from the Nova TV station during and after work hours.
