The price is the main draw, and it’s very low. The Wi-Fi was decent, but the owner doesn’t change sheets or clean automatically when you stay longer, so you have to remind them. The rooms are literally inside the owner’s house, which means no privacy, and only one room is available because the owner's son uses the other. The house often smells of cooking. It may work for a day or two if you’re on a budget, but it’s far from the center and you depend on trams and buses. The local bus up the hill is infrequent and often late. Also, the neighbor’s two dogs start barking early, around 6 a.m.

The Wi-Fi was okay, but the apartment had lots of insects and the neighbor’s dogs barked constantly, starting very early. It’s far from the center, with only one bus. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We really liked the apartment. It was very clean and well cared for, on a leafy, peaceful street despite being centrally located.

The guest house is separate and has a kitchen, bedroom, toilet and bathroom. The host was friendly and shared information about Zagreb and tourist routes.
