We arrived at midnight after an eight-hour drive with our exhausted family and couldn't get into the property. We'd tried reaching the host three hours before arriving, then called over and over from several phones, including international numbers, but got no answer. We'd already paid, yet received no access details, instructions, reply, or even an apology. We waited outside for an hour, tired and stranded, with no sign of contact. In the end we had to leave and keep driving through the night without resting. It was stressful and shocking, and felt completely irresponsible. Taking payment and then disappearing showed no professionalism or respect. Booking here feels like a huge risk. You could be left out at night, out of money, and on your own. Stay far away.

The rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent. It can get a little noisy at times, but for the price it's a very good place.

The apartment itself was quite nice, and the staff at Nokturno, where you check in on the same street, were really friendly. The bed was too soft for my liking, and the bathroom was very small and a bit dirty. Also, the listing said there'd be a hairdryer, but there wasn't one. The location is amazing, right in the city center with lots of restaurants and bars, so it's good for a quick one-day stay.

You step straight out onto Zagreb's main street for restaurants and bars, and with the window open you can hear the city going about its life. The apartment has a great feel and plenty of space, plus a kitchen stocked with dishes, a fridge, a microwave, and pots. The bathroom was pleasant and the double bedroom was beautiful. Excellent location.

The location was really nice, but the flat itself was missing basics like a hair dryer, iron, and kitchen cloth. There was only one key, and the WiFi didn't work in my flat. The women from the tattoo shop next door were smoking. Those issues left it at one star for me.
