Martina at reception made us feel welcome right away and was incredibly helpful. The place was spotless, and the modern, comfortable room had a great city view. Hotel Blue is also perfectly placed for getting to Zagreb's hotspots. We had a fantastic stay, one of our best, and I'd absolutely recommend it.

We were especially glad to have private parking, with both underground and outdoor spaces. It made things much easier for our family with a baby, plenty of luggage, and a roof box. Marjana Zdravkovikj welcomed and settled us in, and she was both exceptionally professional and very kind. The room felt cozy and looked out over the boulevard and busy city streets. Breakfast was tasty, with a modest but thoughtfully chosen selection. For the price, the hotel is excellent, and I'd recommend it for any kind of visit to Zagreb.

The staff were great and helped us figure out things to do. The location is handy too, about a seven-minute walk from a tram that can take you anywhere.

The room and bathroom were a good size and very clean. The walls are quite thin.

Maya at reception was attentive and really helpful. The amenities are okay, though I'm not sure what makes this a four-star hotel.
