The location is right in the heart of Zagreb, so it’s easy to explore on foot. I found the price, service, and breakfast better than I expected, honestly better than at some well-known hotels like Hilton or Sheraton. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and professional, and you can tell they care about guests. I highly recommend it for a night in Zagreb. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The helpful staff were about the only good part. We expected more after seeing booking.com ratings above 8, and chose it partly for the airport proximity and parking. Instead, on arrival, it smelled horrible, with several people smoking downstairs. The room was small and dirty, the bathroom was small, and there were no tea-making facilities. It’s very basic. I hated staying there. It was only 30-40 euro cheaper than Hilton double tree, and I wish we’d booked that instead.

The location is perfect, near the station. The hotel is good, and the staff are very kind.

I had medical tests in Zagreb and arrived late by bus from Sibenik on Oct 19th after a long ride. Hotel Meridijan was just around the corner from Zagrebs main bus terminal, and it turned out to be a great find. The room was small, neat, and compact, with a great shower and an excellent bed for a good night’s rest. Free breakfast was available, the area was quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I left tuesday, but I’d gladly return on my next trip and recommend it to friends. It was a pleasure.
