Hotel Vila Tina

The location made getting into the city easy, whether by car or public transport, and there was plenty of parking at the hotel. Our room was clean and the WiFi worked very well. The staff were exceptionally patient and friendly, always trying to make us comfortable and offering help and advice. I would suggest adjusting the air conditioning so it doesn't beep so much when it starts and stops. The towels could do with an update and perhaps be a little larger for bathing. We'll definitely return.

We were lucky to choose this hotel. The bus stop for the center of Zagreb is only a minute's walk away, and our room was just right. Breakfast was excellent, too. What really made the stay was the front desk team's hospitality, especially Ivan, who was so helpful and ready to assist with anything we needed.

The public areas looked nice, and our room was very clean, with a fresh-looking bathroom. There was plenty of space, a large wardrobe, good AC, and a BIG radiator under the window. I've never come across staff who were so polite, respectful, and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better hotel.

After a long journey, the clean room, balcony, and bathtub were very welcome. Parking was spacious, with some covered spots, and they accept debit cards if you don't have local currency. We ate in the restaurant and loved the food, which had a special touch and exquisite taste; the local beer and wine they recommended were top-notch as well. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with scrambled eggs made for us, genuine espresso, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel is in a quiet area, and the friendly young men on staff made us feel like special guests. They even decorated a table for us on the terrace when we asked to have dinner there. We really enjoyed talking with them, and I highly recommend the place to anyone travelling through Zagreb.
