The black omelette was a standout, and the food was outstanding overall. We also loved the bed and pillows, and the room's modern touch-screen system controls most of its amenities. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely welcoming, polite, professional, and attentive to guests' needs. Parking is available for an extra cost, which is convenient. A wonderful five-star hotel in a perfect central location, close to shops, cafés, and restaurants.

Breakfast on the fifth-floor restaurant was a real highlight, with lots to choose from and friendly, attentive staff. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace in the spring-like weather. Our room was modern, spacious, and clean, and the soundproofing did a decent job against the tram noise. If you're very sensitive to sound, though, a so-called city-view room could be bothersome. We didn't mind it. The central location made it easy to explore Zagreb on foot. One odd start: arriving around 10 p.m., we waited about 10 minutes at the unstaffed desk while the bar worker said the concierge was in the garage. These things happen, but it felt unusual for a five-star hotel.

The room was comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast had plenty of choice and good quality. We found the staff kind, professional, and ready to help whenever we needed something. Being right in central Zagreb made it easy to get around. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting.

We loved how roomy and modern the rooms were. Restaurants and shopping are only about 5-10 minutes away, and the hotel is right in the center of town. One of the best places to stay in Zagreb.
