I'm booked and have paid in full, so this is worrying to read. I can't get a response or the check-in instructions either. I booked through Hotels.com, not Expedia. I've contacted them through virtual chat, and even they say they can't reach you. Several reviews describe the same problem. Please just send me the check-in code. You have my phone number and email.

We paid in full in advance but couldn't stay because the proprietor never responded to our calls or messages. We arrived to find the place locked and couldn't get in. Very disappointing.

The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a stay. It's in a great location beside the cutest district, with lovely bars and restaurants. Just note that it's on the fourth floor and there's no lift.

I’ve paid for my booking and have been trying to reach you, Mr Victor, by WhatsApp and phone, but you haven’t replied. Please get back to me right away.

The neighborhood made me uneasy at first, but inside, the apartment was gorgeous and had everything we needed. We especially liked the lighting and the tea they provided.
